FACILITIES

General:
1. First Aid Staff are
on-site for the duration of the festival.
2. Both fixed and portable
washrooms are available and are wheelchair accessible.
3. Food Vendors are
available with a variety of choices.
4. Our
site has different types of surfaces including pavement, grass, and
gravel. Please prepare accordingly.
Notes to Caregivers:
1. Dedicated parking
is provided for all "handicapped registered vehicles" and assistants are
provided to help with unloading.
2. An
adult change room (with lift) is available very close to the large stage
area.
3. A kitchen with
volunteers is provided to assist you in preparing any special dietary
requirements (food is not provided).
4.
Shaded areas are available but we ask you to bring any portable umbrellas, etc.
that you may need as the shaded areas may be crowded.
5. Please remember
that this event is for everyone; please take advantage of
the assistance that is available. If you have any questions, please
contact
us as early as possible, and we will work with you to help out in any
way possible.
6. If you know
someone with musical interests or abilities, please contact us
in advance so that we can work with you to ensure many available opportunities.
